We have kept our shipping rates as low as we canso that you buy as much as you want at one low rate for Australian orders.

Australian Shipping

Standard: AU$8.50 flate rate for unlimited items using Registered Australia Post Delivery (1-6 days delivery time). These shipping rates include postage and packing.

Prices for shipping overseas vary depending on location. Please contact us for pricing to countries outside Australia.

Returns Policy

We will replace any Retrolight products that are defective in materials or construction with the same productor a product of equal value. If you believe you may have received a faulty product, you are encouraged to  contact us right away.

Products must be returned within 30 days of you receiving your purchase. Please include your address details and details of which products you require. Please insure your return shipment. Retrolight assumes no liability for lost or damaged return shipments.

If you do not want to exchange your returned goods for another item then you must inform us of this. You will be reimbursed with the full purchase price minus shipping costs once we have received your returned goods.
